How He Loves // David Crowder Band
love is simple. Simplicity is love. It was never meant to be complex. It knows no borders. The same love I feel for those people is that same love that I feel here in the States.
I met 2 little boys that changed my life in that week. Clivens and Frantzsky.
Clivens is blind. That does not make him less. It only makes him different. He sees light and he plays with the light in between his little fingers. He screams at the sense of darkness and laughs in the warmth of the sunshine. He taught me that in this life, there will be black times. There will be times whenever you need someone to hold your hand and guide you back to the light whenever you can't seem to find it yourself. That someone is God. And God is the light. In Him, there is no dark. None at all.
Frantzsky has cerebral palsy and clubbed feet. He doesn't look or act like the average 4 year old. All he wants is to be held, and I held him the whole week. He was like my adopted child. At the end of the week, his smile woke me up in the mornings and caused me to cry at the end of the day. He loved unconditionally even though he had no way to communicate with me. Frantzsky is my sunshine; he is my light.
That week changed us all.... So my question is this:
When is the next flight to Port-Au-Prince, Haiti?
